Find Your Circle: Building Supportive, Empowering Environments

One of the most powerful things you can do after transitioning from entertainment is to build a new tribe. The people around you will either pull you back into the past or push you forward into your future. Choose wisely.

Look for women who are also building, growing, and evolving. That could be a networking group, a mastermind, an online business community, or even a few close friends who believe in your vision. In this next chapter, you’ll need encouragement, accountability, and safe spaces to process your growth.

You likely had fellow entertainers or people within the club environment you worked well with. You will need to form new collaborations and networks as you move forward. Don't be afraid to be the new girl and learn from others.

You don’t have to do this alone—and you shouldn’t. Surround yourself with people who remind you of your potential, not your past. Create a new stage, and invite the right people into the audience.
