Looks, Fitness & Fashion: How to Present Yourself for Maximum Tips

Fitness & Self-Care

Not every guest will be interested. As Dita Von Teese says, "You can be the ripest, juiciest  peach in the world and there is still going to be somebody who hates peaches." Learn to brush off rejection and focus on those who appreciate your presence. Some nights will be slow. Don't get discouraged. Your best night will likely be when one fan leaves you a huge tip and that fan can just as easily fall in love with you in an empty room as a crowded one.

Dancing is physically demanding. Regular exercise, especially pole training, can build strength and flexibility. Proper hydration, skincare, and rest will also keep you looking fresh.

Choosing the Right Outfits

Your wardrobe should complement your body type and the club’s theme. Invest in high-quality pieces that enhance your best features. For an upscale gentleman's club, nothing creates more allure than the curve enhancing evening gown with gloves, jewelry and accessories.

Mastering High Heels

Dancing in heels takes practice. Start with lower platforms and work your way up to higher ones. Stretch regularly to avoid foot pain. If you are new to the business of dancing you should expect to spend the first 3 weeks "breaking your feet in." A frozen water bottle or an old wooden rolling pin can serve as a much needed foot massager at the end of a long night of dancing.
